Autumn has arrived with a blaze of colour! Suddenly I am rustling through leaves on the morning stroll to university and revelling in the different sizes and colours, and of course the satisfying crunch when you walk through a big wind swept pile, kicking them up in the air and watching them flutter down once more.
After the work on the garden that myself and Lucy did at the weekend, we have filled it with bird feeders and fat balls, one of which has been strategically placed outside my bedroom window. Now when I am working on the laptop or at my desk I can watch all kinds of little birds hopping around in the hedge and pecking at the fat ball. Like this cheeky chappy!
